Launched in early 2011, the Silver Hub works with start up's & smaller companies by looking at where they are and then offering help, advice, systems and procedures that will show tangeable results This will drive the business forward, which will mean increased profits, and also as a result of the changes it will help them towards achieving their goals.

The company does this by using its acquired knowledge and experience of over 25 years of running businesses in this sector. Being at the sharp end and making crucial decisions, building lasting relationships with customers and suppliers and dealing with staff and plant.

Over these years I have become very aware that running an SME or Micro business is very time consuming, as you try and cover all aspects of controlling a company. I believe that you should be working on your business not in it, but this is not always so easy. My aim is to take some of those tasks and make them easier for you, and as a result free up your time for better use. I can advise on almost all aspects of running a small company through my experience and also a tried and trusted network of associate companies that I have built up over the years.
